This site is HUMA’s internal tool for its board and staff. By signing in, you agree to these terms.
Who can use it
Only people a HUMA administrator has given access. Access ends when your board term ends or when an administrator ends it. Use your own account and do not share it.
Use it only for HUMA
Use the site for HUMA’s work: keeping in touch with members, organizing programs and fundraising, and keeping records accurate.
Keep members' information private
Do not copy, export, or share members’ information outside HUMA, or use it for personal, business, or political purposes. Download only what HUMA’s work needs, and delete your copy when you are done.
Respect people's choices
Honor each person’s email choices and requests not to be contacted. The site applies them to emails sent here; apply them anywhere else too.
Emails you send
Emails go out from your own Gmail account, and you are responsible for what you write. Follow Gmail’s rules and the law on bulk email.
Changes are recorded
Every change is recorded with your name. Correct mistakes when you find them; most changes, merges, and imports can be undone.
Suggestions are suggestions
Suggestions about spreadsheet columns or possible duplicates come from automated tools. Check them before you rely on them.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. HUMA is not responsible for losses that come from using it.
Changes to these terms
HUMA may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new date.
